‍Rozmova is a platform that will get you matched with a professional psychotherapist and psychologist (“Counselors”).

Our Platform is helpful for both persons who are looking for psychotherapists and psychologists and for persons who provide consultations in psychology or psychotherapy.

‍

We require our Counselor to be qualified, trained, certified, or licensed, if applicable. In addition, each Counselor must receive relevant education and have at least one year of experience in psychology and psychotherapy consulting. However, we are not responsible for any Counselors' actions as neither of them are our employees, subcontractors, or representatives. We can not provide you with warranties of any kind that you will receive the desirable result after attending consultations. The Platform’s role is limited to enabling the Counselor services while the Counselor remains solely responsible for the quality of the consulting services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of consultations, you may choose another Counselor presented on our Platform. We will let you know if your Counselor stops using the Platform. Then you will have the opportunity to match with a new Counselor.

Please, pay attention. We do not provide medical services on our Platform. If you are thinking about suicide or considering harming yourself or another person, please contact the emergency service. The Platform is not designed for managing with above-mentioned cases.

How to use the Platform

For those persons who are looking for the Counselors

‍You may choose any Counselor among those who are presented on our Platform. To get a consultation, you need to leave an application. Then we will add you to the chat on the messenger, where you will pay the cost of the session and agree on the session details directly with the chosen Counselor.

For psychotherapists and psychologists

‍To enjoy our Platform functionalities, you need to fill in the profile form so that we can create a personal account for you. Also, during the course of our cooperation, we will start a chat in messengers where we will send you the requests from those persons looking for the Counselor.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has accessed your account, please immediately contact us by email.

Fees and payments

For those persons who are looking for the Counselors

‍Our Platform is free, but you need to pay for the sessions with the particular Counselor. We will send you a payment link in one of the messengers. You will separately pay for each session via the proposed payment system.All payments are handled using a payment processor that provides a seamless service and a high level of security. We value feedback and do everything to make you happy with our Platform. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the sessions with a chosen Counselor, we are not able to refund your payment. Nevertheless, specific refund requests may be considered case-by-case and granted at our sole discretion. To file a refund request, you will need to email us.

For psychotherapists and psychologists

‍We charge a commission from all payments you receive via our Platform in the following proportions50% from the cost of the first and second sessions5% from the price of all further sessionsThe commission amounts may be reconsidered. In case of some changes, we will inform you in advance in the support group in Telegram messenger.Also, the Platform could involve payment for posting, promoting, or working on the content of your page/profile/account.If you have any concerns about payment, please contact us immediately by email. We will evaluate your issue on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, take steps to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

‍The Platform and its original content, excluding content provided by users, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Individual Entrepreneur Dmytro Marakhovskyi and its licensors.The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws worldwide. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

‍Our Platform may contain links to other sites not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

‍Termination

‍Should you violate our Terms, we may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion. All provisions of the Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination must survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and indemnity.

However, we, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors could not warrant that a) the Platform will function uninterrupted, will be secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Platform will absolutely meet your requirements.

‍Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

‍Governing Law

‍These Terms must be governed and construed under the laws of the state of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the agreement between us regarding our Platform and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had regarding the Platform.
