Values
I became interested in psychology at a very early age, at the age of 10-11. I myself faced shyness and difficulties in establishing new contacts, I was afraid to do what I really wanted. I looked at my peers who easily made new acquaintances, boldly expressed their opinion, and wondered why they could, and I couldn't? These thoughts led me to study psychology, which I still do today.
I have come a long way: studying at the university, studying different methods of psychotherapy, finding myself, my own therapy, years of traveling and living in exile. I currently have an active, successful psychology practice and a harmonious life as far as is currently possible. I have dedicated my life to helping others on their journey to self-discovery and well-being.
I am proud of my personal journey in therapy and personal changes: from social anxiety and self-doubt to being able to easily meet new people, establish relationships, and enjoy working with groups of people.
In my spare time, I enjoy salsa dancing, physical activity, spending time in nature, reading books, cooking and wine tasting.
