I am a practicing psychologist with experience, a psychology professor, and among my certifications, I am a specialist in education and human rights. Throughout these twenty-two years I have worked as a psychologist in both the public and private sectors and, honestly, I have never stopped thinking about how satisfying this profession is. Both in my private practice with patients, whom I have supported in achieving their goals over the years, and in the public sector, where I have played a relevant role in the care and protection of children's rights. In my private practice, both in person and online, I use different psychology and psychotherapy techniques, accompanying my clients in the process of resolving their conflicts. In my opinion, the main objective of psychotherapy is to provide support and containment in times of extreme distress and pain, and at the same time, to provide patients with tools that allow them to successfully deal with conflict situations in their daily lives. I have provided my services in English and Spanish in multicultural environments.
