I am a general health psychologist and I have extensive experience in various fields of psychology. I obtained both my Degree in Psychology with a clinical mention and my master's degree in General Health Psychology with an itinerary in Systemic Family Therapy from the University of Navarra. Currently, I am studying a specialization in Clinical Sexology and Affective-Sexual Therapy at the Francisco de Vitoria University. I have had the opportunity to work in different environments that have allowed me to develop a comprehensive and practical vision of psychology. Among these is work with children and adolescents, adults and couples. One of my passions is to continue learning and developing professionally. Therefore, my additional training includes courses such as the International Course on Therapeutic Approaches, Psychological First Aid, and an Expert in Emotional Intelligence. In my daily practice, I strive to create a safe and trusting environment for my patients, where they can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I firmly believe in each individual's capacity for positive growth and change, and my goal is to be a facilitator in that process.
