Hello! My name is Guillermo Guerrero and I am a general health psychologist with membership number M-41007. My passion is to assist people in achieving their goals through the practice of psychotherapy, using effective and scientifically based interventions, always prioritizing the therapeutic relationship. I graduated in psychology from the European University of Madrid, where I also completed the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology. My specialization is cognitive-behavioral therapy and behavior analysis, thanks to the training received at the Madrid Therapeutic Institute (ITEMA). In addition, I have completed training in Functional Analytical Psychotherapy offered by the Universidad de los Andes. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with various population groups. I have experience in individual therapy with children, adolescents and adults, as well as couples therapy, having addressed a variety of mental health-related needs. My professional career has led me to work with people at risk of social exclusion and members of the LGTBIQ+ group, collaborating as a psychologist in psychosocial resources such as Apoyo Positivo. Continuous training and learning are key elements in my professional practice, which allows me to offer the best of psychology in each psychotherapy session I perform, putting all my knowledge at the service of those who need it.
