I am a Holistic Psychologist & Coach, Intuitive Healer. I have lived and studied in England and the USA to train and nourish myself in unconscious exploration techniques (the place to go to heal) such as hypnosis, regression and energy work, which make my sessions a deeply healing space to return to being yourself, more liberated, happy and conscious.
I have had a life marked by traumatic experiences in the family and school environment. This caused me anxiety, problems with food and co-dependent relationships (emotional dependence).
I have dedicated years to my process of searching and inner healing, discovering and training in the techniques that really work, complementing the studies of my career in psychology to go beyond the mind, in a holistic approach (body, mind, emotions, soul and energy).
Currently, it is with these tools that I accompany people daily online and in consultation, with notable results from the first session, without generating therapeutic dependencies in a moderate period of time.
