Hello! My name is Anna and I am a practicing psychotherapist. I strive to provide psychological help to people who are looking for support and development. In different periods of my life, I have undergone my own psychotherapy in many approaches: Gestalt, Psychoanalysis, Humanistic, Schema therapy, Cognitive Behavioral. I chose CBT to study because I prefer evidence-based, effective therapy for various mental conditions and disorders. I realized from my own experience how effective CBT can be if you choose to develop and move forward. For more than 10 years, I worked in HR in a business environment, helping people to discover themselves professionally and find their way in their careers. The impetus for starting my own practice was the experience of motherhood, which awakened and became a trigger for many existential experiences. I firmly believe that every person has the inner strength and will to live the life they want.

Managing sessions in private account is easy, the chat is really convenient and with my app I feel like I never forget about any session. It’s also great that I can buy a single session if I’m not sure and ready to subscribe to my therapist’s sessions yet.

I'm not sure that after several meetings it is possible to give a correct assessment of the specialist. The platform though is good. I was able to speak to my therapist directly just after logging in and ask all questions I had. The app is transparent as a mental health app should be. On my specialist: 1. I currently like the specialist and want to continue 2. We talk a lot 3. She has good video quality
